Tom Sienicki, CFO & Operations

Tom has over 18 years of business development experience working with Fortune 1000 companies as well as with closely held, owner managed corporations, partnerships and joint ventures.  Since 2002, Tom has been a partner at Bolson & Sienicki, LLC a boutique tax and financial planning firm catering to Wall Street executives and high net worth individuals.   Tom has focused his experience on the needs of start-up entrepreneurial ventures and the planning for the executives who run those ventures.  He gained his business footing during his 10 years at Ernst & Young working in the Entrepreneurial Services Division.   His previous clients included numerous private companies some of which have been acquired by larger corporations or now operate as public companies.  Tom holds an MBA in finance from Seton Hall University, and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Southern Illinois University.  He is a member of the AICPA and is a licensed CPA in New York and New Jersey.
